FAQ
Where do I find my Free Fire ID?
Open Free Fire and tap your profile picture in the top left corner. Your ID appears right below your name: it's numbers only (for example 510525274). Copy it exactly as it is.
How long does the top-up take?
We confirm payments every day from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Once confirmed, the top-up is automatic and arrives within minutes. You can check the status under โMy ordersโ.
How do I pay with Yappy?
On the payment page you'll see our QR code and Yappy username. Open your Yappy app, scan the QR code (or search for the username), send the exact amount, and come back to the store to tap โI've paidโ and upload the screenshot. If you don't have Yappy, message us on WhatsApp.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are always charged in US dollars (USD). You can see the equivalent in your currency for reference, but the Yappy payment is made in USD.
Why do you ask for the payment screenshot?
To find your payment faster among all the ones that come in. With the screenshot (or the reference number), approval is almost immediate.
Is it safe? Do you need my password?
We never ask for passwords or log into your account. The top-up is done by your ID through an authorized official distributor, just like at top-up centers.
I entered the wrong ID, what do I do?
If we haven't approved the payment yet, message us on WhatsApp with your order code and we'll fix it. If the top-up was already delivered to another ID, it can't be reversed: that's why we verify the ID before you pay.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can buy with just your phone number. With an account you save your ID, see all your orders, and buy in one tap from any phone.
I forgot my PIN
If your account has an email, use Recover PIN. If not, message us on WhatsApp from the same phone number as the account.
Resellers
Earn money with top-ups
If you sell top-ups to your friends, your community, or your followers, the reseller area is for you:
- Commission on every sale that comes through your link or your code (% of the total).
- Reseller price when you top up your customers yourself (5% off).
- Build your team: add sub-resellers and earn 2% of their sales.
- Commissions are paid via Yappy once you reach $0.00.
