Data we store

• Phone number (WhatsApp): to identify you, notify you about your top-up, and solve any issues.
• Player ID: this is where the top-up is delivered. We remember it on your device for your next purchase.
• Name and email (optional): for your receipts and to recover your PIN.
• Payment proofs: the screenshot you upload is stored privately and is only seen by our admin team to confirm your payment.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country, language, and browser, for security, fraud prevention, and to show you the store in your language.

Cookies

We use our own cookies to keep your session, remember your device if you choose to, save your player ID, your language, your currency, and your cart, and recognize a reseller's link. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Only with the official distributor that performs the top-up (it receives your player ID and the pack) and with the email provider when we send you a receipt. We never sell or share your data.

Security

Your PIN is stored encrypted (we don't know it and can't see it). Payment proofs are not publicly accessible. You can forget your remembered devices from your account at any time.

Your rights

You can request the correction or deletion of your data by messaging us on WhatsApp (+50765496136). We keep the order history for as long as necessary to handle claims and accounting obligations.
