1. What we offer

𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐅-𝐘𝐅 sells digital top-ups (Diamonds and other credits) for video games, delivered directly to the account specified by the customer through their player ID, via authorized official distributors. We are not affiliated with the game developers.

2. Responsibility for the ID

The customer is responsible for entering their player ID correctly (and zone/server where applicable). Once the top-up has been delivered to the specified ID, it cannot be reversed or transferred. Before payment, we verify the ID with the game whenever the service allows it; if verification is not available, the customer confirms the ID at their own risk.

3. Payments

Payments are made in US dollars (USD) via Yappy to the username shown on the payment page, for the exact amount of the order. Prices in other currencies are for reference only. Unpaid orders expire automatically after the indicated time. The top-up is sent only after the payment is confirmed. Payments for a different amount, to another recipient, or without identification may delay confirmation.

4. Delivery and timing

After the payment is confirmed, the top-up is sent automatically and is usually credited within minutes. There may be delays due to game or distributor maintenance; in that case the order remains "in progress" and is completed as soon as the service allows. If the top-up cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded through the same method.

5. Refunds

No refunds are issued for top-ups that have already been delivered. If the payment was rejected or the order could not be completed, the customer may request a refund via WhatsApp by providing the order code.

6. Accounts and resellers

Registration is optional. The customer must keep their PIN safe and can forget their devices from their account. Resellers accept the commission terms in effect in their dashboard; 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐅-𝐘𝐅 may adjust them with advance notice and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include delivery. They may change without notice; the valid price is the one shown when the order is created.
